SEC. 3. The boundaries of said town shall be as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the middle line of Perry
avenue and the boundary line between North Kensington and
Garrett Park, and running thence along the line between North
Kensington and Garrett Park to the line of Ken Gar ; thence

along the boundary between Ken Gar and North Kensington ;
thence along the boundary between Ken Gar and W. B. McKel-
din's subdivision to the northeasterly side of Bonnycastle ave-
nue, sub-division of Ken Gar ; thence northwesterly with sad
Bonnycastle avenue to a point in the prolongation of the west-
ern boundary of the old Bladensburg road ; thence to and
with said western boundary in a southerly direction to a point
in the prolongation of the boundary between the lands of T.
S. Gartreli and the sub-division of Kensington Park; thence
to and with said line to the line of Alfred Ray ; thence along
the boundary between the lands of Alfred Ray and the sub-
division of Kensington Park to the southerly limit line of the
Metropolitan Branch of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad;
thence without change of course to the northerly limit line of
said Metropolitan Branch of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad ;
thence with said northerly limit line to the boundary line be-
tween the properties of Mary Mulfinger and August Burgdorf ;
thence along said boundary to the line of W. H. Mannakee ;
thence along the dividing line between the lands of paid W.
H. Mannakee and August Burgdorf to the line of W. H.
Wheatley; thence along the dividing line between the lands of
said "W. H. Wheatley and August Burgdorf to the county
road leading to Plyer Post Office ; thence along the southerly
side of said county road to a point opposite, the boundary line
between the sub division of Kensington Heights and the prop-
erty of "W. H. "Wheatley to Madison street, North Kensington ;
thence along the easterly side of Madison street, sub-division
of North Kensington, to the middle of Perry avenue, pro-
longed ; thence with the middle of Perry avenue to the place
of beginning.
SEC. 4. The citizens of said town shall on the first Monday
in May, in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, and
every second year thereafter on the first Monday in May, at

such place or places as shall be designated by the judget
of election, between the hours of one o'clock, P. M., and six
o'clock P. M., elect, by ballot, one person Mayor of said
town, who shall serve for a term of two years, or until his
successor is elected and qualified. The citizens aforesaid shall
also elect, on the first Monday of May, eighteen hundred and
