collect the same and pay over the whole amount to the parties
entitled to the same ; all commission for such collection to be

SEC. 5. And whereas it has been represented that the sink-

ing fund already created under the Act of eighteen hundred
and eighty -eight, chapter ninety-four, will be sufficient to meet
the bonds created by that Act at maturity, and the taxes re-
quired by said Act are not necessary beyond tive cents on each
one hundred dollars' worth of property to meet and pay the
interest on said bonds, be it enacted, that hereafter the tax
levied under the Act of 1888, chapter 94, shall not exceed tive
cents on, the one hundred dollars on the assessable property
within the limits of said town.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the Act of eighteen hun-
