LLOYD LOWNDES, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

pay off the present indebtedness on the school building at
South Baltimore, in said precinct, and to require the County
Commissioners of said county to endorse the bonds to be
issued for that purpose, and to levy on the assessable prop-
erty of the Fifth Election District of said county an
amount sufficient to pay one-third of the principal and
interests thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That William G. Gischel, H. M. Revell, William S.
Crisp, Joseph M. Marshall and John H. Geis be and they are
hereby constituted a building committee for the purpose of
erecting on such lot as may be owned or acquired by the
School Commissioners qf Anne Arundel county, in the town
of Brooklyn, in the first precinct of the fifth election district
of Anne Arundel county, a public school building; that Wil-
liam H. Brown, Robert Murray, Frederick Burger, Robert F.
f Crisp and Frank P. Anderson be and they are hereby consti-
tuted a building committee, for the purpose of erecting on
such lot as may be owned or acquired by the School Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county, between the town of East
Brooklyn or Wagner's Point and Fairfield, in the first precinct
of the fifth election district, a public school building; that
John H. Hopkins, John T. Jeffrey,William T. Shipley, Henry
S. Mancha and William F. Kuethe be and they are hereby
constituted a building committee for the purpose of erecting on
such lot as may be owned or acquired by the School Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county, in the town of Glen Burriie,
in the first precinct of the fifth election district, a public school
building; four of any of said committees shall form a quorum,
and the concurrence of three shall be necessary for the decision
of all questions which may arise in the discharge of their
duties, and all vacancies occurring in said building committee,
whether from death, refusal to act, resignation or otherwise,
shall be filled by the School Commissioners of Anne Arundel
county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That immediately after the pas-

school commissioners to so apportion each of said sums so as to
clearly designate how much of each of said sums shall be ex-
