Garrett counties, fifteen hundred dollars ; for the payment of
the annual ground rent on the Tobacco Warehouse lots in Bal-
timore city, four hundred and forty-eight dollars and eleven
cents ; for the rent of the boxes in some safe deposit company
for the use of the Treasury Department, one hundred dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary ; for insurance on
public buildings of the State and the personal property belong-
ing thereto, five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may
be necessary.
COMMISSIONERS OF FISHERIES.
For the salaries of the two Commissioners of Fisheries,

fifteen hundred dollars each, three thousand dollars ; and to
defray the expenses of the Commissioners of 'Fisheries, as per
section eighty-nine of Article thirty-nine of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, title "Fish and Fisheries," sub-title "Com-
missioners of Fisheries," seventy-five hundred dollars, or so
much thereof, as in the opinion of the Governor, may be
necessary ; no part of the said appropriation to be expended
in the killing of eels in the Wicomico river, or in other waters
of the State of Maryland ; and the said Commissioners of
Fisheries are hereby directed and required to make a detailed
report to the Governor, at the end of each fiscal year, of the
expenditures of said funds with the vouchers therefor
attached.

the institution, thirty thousand dollars ; to the House of Refuge,
fifteen thousand dollars, and for electrical lighting thereof the
further sum of five thousand dollars ; to the Female House of
Refuge, five thousand dollars; to the House of Reformation
and Instruction for Colored Children, ten thousand dollars; to
the managers of the Maryland Hospital for the Insane, for the
support of the institution, twenty-five thousand dollars ; to the
Deaf and Dumb Asylum at Frederick, for the education of
the deaf and dumb, twenty-five thousand dollars; to the Mary-
land School for the Blind, for the education of the deaf and
dumb and blind colored children of the State, ten thousand
dollars ; to the Second Hospital for the Insane of the State of
Maryland, the sum of twenty thousand dollars ; to the Mary-
land Asylum and Training School for Feeble Minded, the sum
of three thousand dollars; to the State Vaccine Agent, for his
salary, six hundred dollars, and to defray the expense of pro-
curing reliable vaccine virus, twelve hundred dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary ; to the Maryland House of
