and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

forms required by the law of the place where the
same was made, or by the law of the place where
such person was residing when the same was
made; and the said will, when so executed, shall
be admitted to probate in any orphans' court of
this state.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
