SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal chapter fifty-seven of the acts
of eighteen hundred and eighty-two, entitled
"An act to repeal chapter three hundred and
ninety-two of the laws passed at the January
session, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled
'An act to repeal section one of chapter four
hundred and five of the laws passed at the
January session, eighteen hundred and
seventy-eight, entitled ' An act for the better
protection of woodcock, pheasants, and rab-
bits in Baltimore county,' " and to re-enact
said chapter with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That chapter fifty-seven of the
laws passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and eighty-two, entitled "An act to

repeal chapter three hundred and ninety-two of
the laws passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and eighty, entitled 'An act to repeal
section one, chapter four hundred and five of the
laws passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and seventy-eight, entitled 'An act
for the better protection of woodcock, pheas-
ants and rabbits in Baltimore county,' " and to
re-enact the said chapter with amendments, be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
so as to read as follows :
