vided said Antietam Guards shall organize into

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to repay
to Thomas Owings, administrator d. b. n. c.
t. a. of Thomas R. Hand, deceased, taxes erro-
neously paid to the state.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the comptroller of the

treasury be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to draw his warrant upon the treasurer
of the state, for the sum of one hundred and
eight dollars and fifty-eight cents in favor of
Thomas Owings, administrator d. b. n. c. t. a.
of Thomas R. Hand, deceased, for excess of
state tax or executor's commission paid in error
to the register of wills for Baltimore county.
