ceived, as provided in section six of this act,
and the whole of such amounts, or so much
thereof as may be necessary, may be assessed
upon the organizations belonging to this cor-
poration, and upon all other, organizations and
agencies as hereinbefore mentioned, in propor-
tion to the several amounts of premiums re-
turned as received by each, as hereinafter pro-
vided ; and such assessments shall be collected
by this corporation in any of the courts of law
in the city of Baltimore having jurisdiction, or
before any justice of the peace in said city of
Baltimore, should the amount be too small to
give a court of law jurisdiction.

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to amend the act passed at the January

the General Assembly of Maryland, chapter
one hundred, entitled "An act to incorporate

operations thereof.

six, be and the same is hereby amended by add-
ing thereto the following sections, to be num-
bered ten, eleven, twelve and thirteen.
