Chapter 490.

AN ACT to authorize the county commissioners
of Harford county to levy annually a sum of
money for the relief of James Henry Blaney,
of said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the county commissioners
of Harford county be and they are hereby au-
thorized, in their discretion, to levy and pay
annually to James Henry Blaney, of said county,
a sum of money not exceeding seventy-five dol-
lars.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and nine-
ty-two of the acts of eighteen hundred and
eighty-four, entitled " An act to repeal and re-
enact chapter three hundred and eighty-fix of
the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty, enti-
tled ' An act to repeal and re-enact chapter two
hundred and ninety-four of the acts of eighteen
hundred and seventy-four,' entitled 'An act to
encourage the destruction of hawks in Harford
and Worcester counties.' "
