to be known as section twelve.
SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That in case of an

Chapter 389.

AN ACT to repeal and amend and re-enact sec-
tions ninety-three and ninety-four of article
twenty-eight of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title "County Commis-
sioners," sub-title "Draining Lands," pro-
viding that the pay of the commissioners
shall be two dollars per day, and that of the
managers one dollar per day.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That sections ninety-three
