Chapter 370.
AN ACT to refund to Mrs. Jane E. Bunting, of
St. Mary's county, the sum of fourteen dollars
and seventy-six cents for money erroneously
paid into the treasury of the state.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the treasurer of the state

be and he is hereby authorized and directed on
the warrant of the comptroller, which said comp-
troller is hereby authorized and directed to draw,
to pay to Mrs. Jane E. Bunting, of St. Mary's
county, the sum of fourteen dollars and seventy-
six cents for money erroneously paid into the
treasury of the state in excess of the sum which
she owed for state taxes in the years eighteen
hundred and eighty, eighteen hundred and
eighty-one, eighteen hundred and eighty-two,
eighteen hundred and eighty-three, eighteen
hundred and eighty-four, eighteen hundred and
eighty-five and eighteen hundred and eighty-six.
