Chapter 341.

AN ACT to change the name of Broad creek,
Kent island, Queen Anne's county, to Broad
Harbor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That "Broad Creek," Kent

known as " Broad Harbor."

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 313.

AN ACT authorizing and directing the state
librarian to furnish from the state library, for
the use of the circuit court of Baltimore city,
a set of Maryland reports.

from the books now in hand, without detriment
to the library, a complete set of Maryland re-
ports, including Brantley's edition and down to
sixty-fourth Maryland, inclusive, to the circuit
court of Baltimore city.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the books to be

furnished under the first section of this act, and
that may hereafter be furnished for the use of
said circuit court, shall be under the direction
and control of said court, to be preserved and
taken care of as said court shall direct.

Effective.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
