vention to which said delegates are elected,
unless he receives notice of some contest
arising out of said election, whereupon all of
same shall be returned to said convention for
the use of said convention, or any person con-
nected with said contest; and after said con-
vention shall have adjourned all of same can be
destroyed, except copies of registration list,
which shall be returned to said central com-
mittee for said county.
SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That whoever

offers any money, fee or reward, directly or in-
directly, to any elector to influence his vote at
any election held under the provisions of this
act relating to primary elections, and any
elector who accepts any money, fee or reward
for his vote at any such election, shall be fined
not more than two hundred nor less than fifty
dollars, or imprisoned in the house of correction
or the jail of Queen Anne's county not more
than six months nor less than one month, and
shall be disqualified from thereafter voting at
any such election ; and whoever, by threats or
otherwise, attempts to intimidate any elector
or judge of any election held under this act, or
in any manner interferes with or disturbs any
such election, shall be fined not more than one
hundred dollars, or imprisoned not more than
thirty nor less than twenty days in said house
of correction or the jail of Queen Anne's
county.

SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That any delegates
elected under this law to any convention who
asks or receives, either directly or indirectly, any
money or other property whatsoever from any
candidate for nomination to any office whatso-
ever, shall be fined not more than two hundred
and fifty nor less than fifty dollars, or imprisoned
in the house of correction, or the jail of Queen
Anne's county, not more than three months nor
less than one month.

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That a candidate
for nomination to any office, before any conven-
tion to which delegates are elected, under this
law, who pays or promises to pay directly or in-
directly, any money or property to any delegate
f or the purpose of obtaining his influence or vote
