kind, at his, her or its place of business on any

of them, on any day on which a general county
primary meeting or election or a general county
convention shall be held for the purpose of nomi-
nating directly or selecting a delegation to nomi-
nate a candidate or candidates to be voted for at
any ensuing election ; provided, previous notice
of such day of holding such primary meeting or
election or county convention shall have been
given by advertisement in one or more news-
papers printed in Harford county, or by hand-
bills set up in two or more public places in each
election district of said county for at least ten
days prior thereto.
SEC. 162. Any person who shall violate the pro-
