laws of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania ; to
the trustees appointed at a meeting of the exec-
utive committee of the general convention of the
New Jerusalem in the United States of America,
held in the city of New York on the twelfth day
of November, in the year eighteen hundred and
eighty-four, to administer a fund called "Swe-
denborg Memorial," to the New Church Board of
Missions, both for the endowment and sustain-
ing funds to be divided between them ; to the
New Church Theological School of the General
Convention ; to the trustees and their successors
of the Urbana University, located in the city of

Urbana, in Champaign county, and State of Ohio,
and to the Washington Society of the New
Church, a body politic and corporate, of the Dis-
trict of Columbia, incorporated in said District
in the year eighteen hundred and seventy ; twen-
ty-second, to the bequest contained in the last
will and testament of John G. Wilcocks, late of
Baltimore city, deceased, to the Methodist
Preachers' Aid Society of Baltimore ; twenty-
third, to the purchase by the German Evangeli-
cal Lutheran St. Petri church of Baltimore city,
of the leasehold interest in and to that lot of
ground on the north side of Eager street, near
Broadway, in the city of Baltimore, and recorded
among the land records of said city in liber J.
B. number eleven hundred and fifty-six, folio two
hundred and forty-nine, &c., from Mary A.

Bequest.

Dodge et al; twenty-fourth, to a deed from
David Hoffman, trustee to the trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal church in the city and pre-
cincts of Baltimore, bearing date October the
sixth, in the year eighteen hundred and thirty-
two, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore county (now city), in liber A. J. num-
