Chapter 288.

AN ACT to authorize the state librarian to fur-
nish to the circuit court for Frederick county,
and to the circuit court for Montgomery county,
certain volumes of the reports of the decisions
of the court of appeals of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the state librarian be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to fur-
nish to the circuit court for Frederick county for
the purpose of completing the set of the reports
of the decisions of the court of appeals of Mary-
land, now in the possession of the said court, the
following volumes of Maryland reports, viz :
Volumes ten, eleven, twenty-seven, twenty-
eight, thirty-two, thirty-three, thirty-six, thirty-
nine, forty, forty-two, forty-three, forty-five,
forty-six, forty-seven, forty-eight, fifty-one and
sixty-three ; provided said volumes can be fur-
nished by said librarian without detriment to the

interests of the state library.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the state libra-
rian be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to furnish to the circuit court for Montgomery
county the following volumes of the Maryland
reports, viz : Thirteen, fourteen, twenty, twenty-
two and forty-one, if the said volumes can be so
furnished without detriment to the interests of
the state library.

Effective.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
