Chapter 3.
AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and
seventy-three of the acts of assembly passed
at the January session, eighteen hundred and
eighty-two, entitled an "Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments section sixty-three of
chapter one hundred and eight of the acts
of January session, eighteen hundred and
seventy-eight," entitled "An act to add an ad-
ditional article to the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled Garrett county, providing for
the fees of sheriff," and also to repeal chapter
three hundred and seventy-eight of the acts
of assembly passed at January session, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy four, entitled " An
act to regulate sheriff's fees for Garrett coun-
ty," and also to repeal section sixty -three of
chapter one hundred and eight of the acts of
assembly passed at January session, eighteen
hundred and seventy-eight, entitled "An act
to add an additional article to the Code of
Public Local Laws, to be entitled Garrett
county, sub-title sheriff."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That chapter four hundred
and seventy-three of the acts of assembly passed
at the January session, eighteen hundred and
eighty-two, entitled an "Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments section sixty-three of
chapter one hundred and eight of the acts of
January session of eighteen hundred and seven-
