22 — SUB-SECTION 108. Whenever the partner-
ship of any parties, or the incorporation of any
alleged corporation, or the execution of any
written instrument, filed in the case, is alleged
in the pleadings in any action or matter at law,
the same shall be taken as admitted for the pur-
pose of said action or matter, unless the same
shall be denied by the next succeeding pleading
of the opposite party or parties.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 249.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ment, section seventy-seven of article ninety-
three of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Testamentary Laws," and to add three
new sections to said article, one to come in
after section two hundred and fifty-four, and
the other two to come in after section three
hundred and five.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That section seventy-seven
of article ninety-three of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Testamentary Laws," be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendment, so as to read as follows :

other state, district or territory of the United

stocks or debts created or issued upon the credit
of this state, or of the stock or debt created or

any national bank in this state, his right or title
