county, to erect a school house for white chil-
dren in Vansville district, near the point where
the dividing line between said district and Lau-
rel district intersects the Montgomery county
line ; provided one acre of ground, properly
located for a school, shall be donated to said
school commissioners as a school lot upon which
to erect said school house.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said school

superintend the erection of said school house.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the contract

pleted on or before September the first, eighteen
hundred and eighty-eight.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
