AN ACT to pay Samuel Comegys, late collector
of taxes for second district of Kent county, a
sum of money for state taxes, paid by him into
the treasury erroneously.

sembly of Maryland, That the comptroller be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to pay to
Samuel Comegys, late collector, the sum of thirty
dollars and forty cents, the same having been
erroneously paid by him into the treasury, and
certified as errors, insolvents and removals, and
its repayment being recommended by the comp-
troller and the treasurer.

house for white children in the first district of
