SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 238.

AN ACT to repeal sections one and two of chap-
ter four hundred and sixty-two of the acts of
eighteen hundred and eighty, and also to repeal
sections one, two and six of chapter four hun-
dred and twenty-four of the acts of eighteen
hundred and seventy-eight, entitled an act to
protect diamond back terrapins in the waters
of the State of Maryland, and to regulate the
catching of the same, so as to exclude Worces-
ter county from the force, effect and operation
of the same.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That sections one and two of
chapter four hundred and sixty-two of the acts
of eighteen hundred and eighty be and the same
are hereby repealed.

Repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That sections one,
two and six of chapter four hundred and twenty-
four of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-
eight, entitled an act to protect diamond back
terrapins in the waters of the State of Maryland,
and to regulate the catching of the same, so far
as the same applies to Worcester county, be and
the same are hereby repealed, and that the said
county be exempt from the force, effect and
operation of the same.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
