Chapter 228.

AN ACT to pay the Rubber and Asbestos Roof
Painting Company a sum of money for paint-
ing and repairing the roof of tobacco ware-
house number two.

Comptroller
to draw war-
rant.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the comptroller be and he
is hereby authorized to draw his warrant upon
the treasurer, to pay to the Rubber and Asbestos
Roof Painting Company, two hundred and fifty
dollars, for painting and repairing the roof of
state tobacco warehouse number two.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Approved March 29, 1888.

Chapter 229.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay
the claim of Jacob H. Medairy and Company,
for stationery furnished for the use of the
executive department and the court of appeals
for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-six
and eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and
for the use of the general assembly of eighteen
hundred and eighty-eight.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the comptroller of the

pany, for stationery furnished for the use of the

sum of four thousand nine hundred and twenty
dollars and thirty-eight cents.
