AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and thirty-one of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, entitled " An act to repeal section thirty of article twenty-eight of the Code sup- plement of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight of Public General Laws," as enacted by sec- tion three of chapter two hundred and ninety - nine of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session eigh- teen hundred and sixty-eight, so far as the said section relates to Worcester county, and to re-enact the same to apply only to Worcester county. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
	sembly of Maryland, That chapter two hundred and thirty-one of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, entitled " An act to repeal sec- tion thirty of article twenty-eight of the Code supplement of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight of Public General Laws," as enacted by section three of chapter two hundred and ninety-nine of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, so far as the said relates to Worcester county, and to re-enact the same to apply only to Worcester county be and the same is hereby repealed. SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 31, 1888.	Repealed and re-enacted. Effective.
