Chapter 202.
AN ACT to subscribe for a work entitled "The
Law of Insolvency in Maryland," prepared
by Clayton J. Purnell, and to appropriate a
sum of money in payment therefor.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That three hundred copies
of the work entitled "The Law of Insolvency
in Maryland," prepared by Clayton J. Purnell,
be and the same are hereby subscribed for, and
the treasurer of the State of Maryland, upon the
warrant of the comptroller, be and he is hereby
directed to pay unto said Clayton J. Purnell the
sum of nine hundred dollars in payment therefor
when the said number of copies are completed
and duly delivered to the librarian of the state.

Chapter 203.
AN ACT to prohibit the granting of license for
the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer at any place within one mile, in any
direction, of the Hannah Moore Academy.
