AN ACT for the preservation of birds and game
in Montgomery county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful to
kill any robin, blue bird, thrush, martin, mock-
ing bird, barn swallow, mason swallow, lark,
oriole, red bird, cat bird, chipping or summer
sparrow, wren, pewitt, goldfinch, sap-sucker,
hanging bird, woodpecker, fly catcher and tana-
