close thereof and the return of the registration
books to the office of the clerk of the superior
court from the final action of said registers to
any one of the courts of Baltimore city, and the
action of said court shall be final and" conclusive
in any such case, and the registration and poll
books shall at once be made to conform to the
order of said court.
SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That the

cost of printing and posting said alphabetical
lists, and of printing, serving and mailing the
notices required by this act to be issued, served
and mailed, and the office rent of said officers of
registration, and the cost of the necessary sta-
tionery used by them, shall be paid by the county
commissioners of the several counties and the
mayor and the city council of Baltimore respec-
tively, upon satisfactory vouchers presented
by said officers of registration, provided the
sheriff's fee for serving said notice shall not
exceed twenty-five cents for each notice placed
in his hands for service.
SEC. 12. And be it further enacted, That the
