Chapter 133.
AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and
ninety of the acts passed at the January ses-
sion of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,
entitled ''An act to regulate the price to be paid
for the county printing of St. Mary's county."

AN ACT giving the owner or owners of a
stallion in Frederick county a lien upon the
progeny of said stallion for one year from date
of foaling of said progeny.

county to contract, in writing, with the owner or
owners of any mare who may desire such mare
