SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all able-bodied

roads in the district in which they reside, provi-
ded, however, no person shall be required to la-

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That whenever in
the judgment of the road supervisor any of the

may deem necessary, giving to each of such
persons at least two days' notice of the time and
place of meeting, and what tools they must fur-
nish.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That no person shall

tually worked sixteen hours thereon in each

of time for such work shall be due from any

time of sixteen hours for each year as provided
