be endorsed upon same, in addition to the other certificate
required by this act, the certificate of the county surveyor of
Montgomery county, that the same is an exact copy of said
original plat, except as to those changes made necessary by the
provisions of this act.

60 H. After such new plat shall have been recorded, and
said certificate indorsed upon the land record books, as herein-
before provided, all deeds, mortgages and other instruments of
writing conveying any interest in any lands, referring for a
part of the description of the same to a plat mentioned as
being recorded among the land record books of said county,
shall be taken and deemed to refer to the place at which the
said new plats shall, by the said clerk's certificate, be stated to
be recorded.

CHAPTER 623.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Sections
184 G, 184 Hand 184 K of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Anne Arundel County," sub title "Liquor and Intoxi-
cating Drinks," as enacted by the Act of 1890, Chapter 568,
and Section 184 I , as enacted by the Acts of 1892, Chapter
598, and to add a new section, to follow Section 184 S, to be
designated as Section 184 T.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 184 G, 184 H and 184 K of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title " Anne Arundel County," sub-title
"Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks," as enacted by the act of
1890, chapter 568, and section 184 I, as enacted by the act of
1892, chapter 598, be and the same are hereby repealed and

Repeal.

re-enacted with amendments, and that a new section be added
to said article, to come in after section 184 S, to be designated
as section 184 T.

184 G. That there shall be annexed to said application a cer-
tificate signed by at least ten reputable taxpayers, bona fide
residents or doing business in the vicinity in which the appli-
cant proposes to conduct the business under the license applied
for, who have not signed an application for such license for
