Penalty.

such net, trap, weir or other device, and the Shore on one side
of said river or tributaries; any person violating the provisions
of this section shall be fined, on conviction thereof, twenty-five
dollars for the first offence and fifty dollars for each subse-
seqnent offence, one-half of which shall go to the informer
and the, other half to be paid to the Commissioners of Prince
George's county.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved March 8th, 1894.

CHAPTER 65.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
26 A of Article nineteen of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "St. Mary's County," sub-title "County Commissioners,"
as said section was enacted by Chapter 669 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1892.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 26 A of article nineteen of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "St. Mary's County," sub-title
"County Commissioners," as said section was enacted by chap-
ter 669 of the Acts of Assembly of 1892, be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

Meetings of
County Com-
missioners

26 A. The said commissioners shall hold their meetings at
Leonardtowu, on the second Tuesday in each and every month
of the year, and oftener, if in their judgment the public inter-
est shall require it, and they shall receive as compensation For
their services, the sum of three dollars and mileage each for
every meeting which they shall attend.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
