Duties of
crier.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of said
crier of the Circuit Court of St. Mary's county, at all times,
to keep and have charge of the court room of said court, and
superintend the cleaning, airing and ventilating of the same;
to attend the sessions of said court; to have charge and keep
open the court room for the use and benefit of persons having
business with said court, at all times, when so directed by the
judge or judges of the Circuit Court of St. Mary's county; and
also to superintend the cleaning of the other rooms of the
court house not used by the other courts of said county; and
to superintend and keep in order the court house yard and
fence enclosing the same.

Effective.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 568.
AN ACT to amend Article forty-seven of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Insolvents," by inserting after Section
thirty-three an additional section, to be designated thirty-
three A; providing that all bona fide deeds or conveyances
hereafter executed and recorded, and which in terms convey
all the property and estate of the grantor or grantors therein
to trustees therein named, for the equal benefit of all the
creditors of such grantor or grantors, without preference or
priority other than sanctioned by said Article, shall be saved
from the operation and effect of said Article forty-seven.

New section
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Article 47 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Insolvents," be and the same is hereby amended
by inserting therein after section 33 the following additional
section, to be designated as section 33 A, and to read as
follows :
33 A. The provisions of this article shall not be construed
to apply to, or in any manner affect or impair any bona
tide deed or conveyance by whosoever made, which may
be executed and recorded after the passage of this act,
