SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That said board of visitors,
when they shall have sufficient funds at their disposal to pro-
vide a proper building or buildings, and suitably equip the
same for the purpose, shall establish a department for the care
and treatment of epileptic children, and shall be authorized
to receive the same, upon the same terms and conditions they
receive other feeble minded children, and the said visitors
shall have full power and authority to make all necessary rules
and regulations to govern the admission of epileptic children,
and for the control and management of such epileptic depart-
ment, as they shall deem for the best interest of the institution
and the weli'are of its inmates.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the sum of thirteen thous-
and dollars, or so much thereof as may be required, is hereby
appropriated per annum, to be paid to the said board of visi-
tors, for the use of said Asylum and Training School, and for
the support and maintenance thereof.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That sections five, six and nine
of chapter one hundred and eighty-three of the Act of eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-eight be and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 563.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
190 of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
" Cecil County," sub-title " North East," and to add three
new sections to said article, to be known as Sections 195 A,
and 195 B, and 195 C.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 190 of article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Cecil County," sub-title "North East," be
