CHAPTER 527.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Section 287 of Article eight
of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland,
title "Cecil County," subtitle "Rising Sun."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 287 of article eight of the Code of
Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Cecil
County," sub title "Rising Sun," be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, so as to read as follows:

Repeal.

287. And be it enacted, That the corporate bounds or limits
of said village shall be as follows : Beginning at a stone on
the north side of the Harrisville road, three hundred feet in a
westerly direction from the centre of Wilson avenue, where
the same joins the said public road; and running thence north
twenty-three degrees and forty-five minutes, east one thousand
and twenty-nine and three-tenths feet, to a stone at the north-
west corner of the public school lot; thence north eighty-seven
degrees and twenty minutes, east two thousand two hundred
and forty-five feet and seven-tenths of a foot to a stone in
Keilholtz meadow, seven feet east of the run and thirty feet
northwest of an ash tree; thence south fifty-eight degrees,
east fifteen hundred and fifty-seven feet to a stone fifteen
feet north of the centre of the public road leading to

brick meeting house near the bridge below Briscoe's woods;
thence south seventy-five degrees and forty minutes, west
five hundred and ninety-nine and five-tenths feet to a stone
at the southeast corner of Jessie A. Kirk's lot, and south-
west corner of Charles Keilholtz's land; thence south eighty-
two degrees and ten minutes, west three hundred and five and
five-tenths feet to a stone on the north side of the road leading
to the brick meeting house four hundred and forty feet east
of the railroad crossing: thence south ten degrees and fifty

minutes, east fifty-one and six tenths feet to a stone in the
northwest corner of Briscoe's woods; thence south forty-seven
degrees and fifty-two minutes, west two thousand and ten and
four tenths feet to a stone at the northeast corner of Briscoe's
meadow and on the west side of public road; thence south
sixty-two degrees and fifty-two minutes, west seven hundred
and forty-one feet to a stone at the foot of slope on the north
side of railroad one hundred and forty-one feet east of railroad

culvert; thence north forly-four degrees and thirty-three min-
utes, west nine hundred and seventy-seven feet to a stone on
