be entitled to be registered as a qualified voter; and no person
whose name appears on the last registry list of any aldermanic
district shall have his name stricken therefrom, because of his
failure to again apply for registration; and it shall be the duty
of the officers of registration giving notice as aforesaid of the
time and place he will sit to correct the register list of his
aldermanic district, to publish by hand bills set up in public
places, a list of all names stricken from the registry list of his
aldermanic district, and a separate list of all names placed
upon said list since registration of the year before.

CHAPTER 504.

AN ACT authorizing and directing the County Commis-
sioners of Queen Anne's County to levy a sum of money,
not exceeding twelve hundred dollars, to the use of the
School Commissioners of said County, for the purpose of
erecting two school houses, one at Clark's corner, in school
district No. 9 and sixth election district of Queen Anne's
County, and the other at such place in the said school dis-
trict as the School Commissioners may determine.

To levy tax to
erect school
buildings.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
I county are hereby authorized and directed to levy a sum of
money upon the assessable property of Queen Anne's county,
not exceeding twelve hundred dollars, to the use of the school
commissioners of Queen Anne's county, for the purpose of
dividing school district No. 9, in election district No. 6 of
Queen Anne's county, and erecting in said school district two
school houses therein, one to be erected at Clark's corner, and
the other at such place in the said district as the school com-
missioners may determine.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
