	Polls.	Aberdeen, authorizing the issue of (naming the amount) dollars of bonds." That the polls shall be open at 12 o'clock M. and close at 7 o'clock p. M., and at the closing of the polls the judges of election shall count the ballots so cast, and shall return the same and the tally sheets of their count to the said commissioners on the day following that upon which the election was held, and the said commissioners shall immedi- ately announce and publish the result; and if a majority of those voting have given their assent to the ordinance, it shall take effect from the date of the announcement and publication of the result by the said commissioners.

	Preamble.	WHEREAS, St. Joseph's Apostolic Society of the Sacred Heart for Foreign Missions of Baltimore City is a corporation duly incorporated under and by virtue of the general laws of this State; and,
