CHAPTER 480.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
thirty-six (36) of Article five (5) of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title " Calvert County," sub-title " Birds and
Game."

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section thirty-six (36) of article five (5) of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title " Calvert County," sub-title
" Birds and Game," be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows :

Game law.
|
36. No person shall shoot, trap or in any manner catch or
kill any partridges within the limits of Calvert county, during
the year eighteen hundred and ninety-four, nor until the first
day of November, eighteen hundred and ninety-five; and
thereafter no person shall shoot, trap or in any manner catch
or kill any partridge, between the eleventh day of January
and the first day of November, in each and every year.

CHAPTER 481.
AN ACT to add an additional Section to Article 27 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Punish-
ments," sub-title "Vagrants and Tramps," to be numbered
Section 276 A, to follow Section 276 of said Article.
