therein; Co make and from time to time to alter such regula-
tions, iu regard to the sale of milk, or any or all other food
products, as to them may seem necessary to protect the public
health; and to provide by a tine of not more than one hundred
dollars ($100), for each offense, for the punishment of viola-
tions against such regulations and ordinances; to provide for
Such number of inspectors or analysts as they may deem
necessary, and to fix their duties and compensation, and from
time to time to change the number, duties and compensation
of the said inspectors and analysts.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 54.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter four hundred and twenty-two of
the laws of Maryland, passed at January session of eighteen
hundred and ninety, relating to catching fish in certain
waters of Talbot County with fyke nets, pound nets and
weirs.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That chapter four hundred and twenty-two of
the acts of eighteen hundred and ninety, relating to catching
fish in Miles, Tred Avon and Wye rivers, in Talbot county,
with fyke nets, pound nets and weirs, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

Repeal.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
