AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore to provide for the inspection and the regulation
of the sale of milk or any or all other food products offered
for sale in the City of Baltimore, or intended for consump-

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the mayor and city council of Baltimore
shall have power to provide by ordinance for the proper
inspection of milk or any and all other food products offered
