CHAPTER 448.
AN ACT to appropriate the fines and forfeitures imposed by
the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, and by Justices of
the Peace thereof, to the Treasurer of the Board of County
School Commissioners of Baltimore County, for the use of
the public schools of said county.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That all fines and forfeitures imposed by the
Circuit Court for Baltimore county and by justices of the
peace thereof, shall be paid to the treasurer of the board of
county school commissioners of Baltimore county, for the use
of the public schools of said county, saving and excepting the
rights of informers to and in said fines and forfeitures.

SEC 2 And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of acts
inconsistent with this act, be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

AN ACT to repeal and re enact with amendments Sections
33 and 34 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicom-
ico County," sub-title "Delmar."

SECTION 1 Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 33 and 34 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Delmar" be
and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments so as to read as follows :
33. The commissioners of Delmar shall cause each male
citizen of the said town, over twenty-one years of age anc
