Game law.

13. No person shall shoot or in any manner catch, kill or
have in possession, any partridge between the twenty-fourth
day of December and the first day of November next ensuing,
in each and every year; nor any woodcock between the
twenty-fourth day of December and the fifteenth day of June ;
nor any pheasant between the twenty-fourth day of December
and the fifteenth day of August; nor any rabbit between the
twenty-fourth day of December and the first day of Novem-
ber; nor shall any person destroy or molest the eggs or nests of
any of the aforesaid birds at any time; but this act shall not
apply to any county of this State now subject to a local law or
laws governing the catching, killing or the having in possession
of partridges, woodcock, pheasant or rabbits, or regulating the
destruction or molestation of the eggs or nests of any of the
aforesaid birds.

Approved April 6th, 1894.

CHAPTER 405.

AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 93 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, to come in after
Section 326, and to be known as Section 326 A.

New section.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That an additional section be added to article 93
of the Code of Public General Laws, to come in after section
326, and to be known as section 326 A, and to read as follows:

Objections to
wills, etc.

3 SEC. 326 A. No will, testament, codicil or other testamentary
paper shall be subject to caveat or other objection to its
validity after the expiration of three years from its probate.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 6th, 1894.

CHAPTER 406.

AN ACT to grant additional corporate powers to "The
Potomac Building Association," of Cumberland, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
