deed bearing date the second day of March, eighteen hundred
and ninety-four, and recorded among the land records of
Prince George's county.

E. Abell.


Fifty eighth. To the bequest under the last will and testa-
ment of Annie Emily Abell, late of Charles county, Maryland,
deceased, to Father Charles H. Heichemer, agent of the cor-
poration of the Roman Catholic Clergymen, in substance as
follows : "After the death of my sister, Mary Eliza Spacing,
it is my will that all of my property, real and personal, shall
be sold by my executor, herein named, and after deducting the
costs and expenses thereof, he shall pay the entire proceeds of
said sale or sales to Charles II. Heichemer, agent of the corpo-
ration of the Roman Catholic Clergymen, or to his successor,
to be applied in equal proportion to the support and mainte-
nance of Saint Aloysius Church, in Leonardtown, and Saint
Joseph's Church at Morganza, in Saint Mary's County."

Armstrong.

Fifty-ninth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of James H. Armstrong, deceased, of five hundred
dollars to the Trustees of Rock Presbyterian Church, Cecil
County, Maryland.

To deed from
John Quein.

Sixtieth. To the conveyance by John Quein and wife to the
convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese
of Easton, in trust for the Vestry of Trinity Parish, Cecil
county, Maryland, of one-quarter of an acre of ground in the
fourth election district of Cecil county, Maryland, by deed
dated the tenth day of May, eighteen hundred and ninety-
three, and recorded among the land records of said county in
Liber J. T. G., No. 2, folio 547.

To bequest in
will of Mary
Everist.

Sixty first. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Mary Everist, late of Cecil county, Maryland,
deceased, recorded in Liber (Wills) H., volume 15, folio 273,
&c., one of the testamentary records of Cecil county, afore-
said, to the Board of Trustees of West Nottingham Presby-
terian Church, "to be used by said trustees as they may think
proper for the interests of said church," the sum of two
hundred dollars.

Nesbit.

Sixty-second. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Moses Nesbit, late of Cecil county, Maryland,
deceased, said will bearing date the twenty-fourth day of
