out first obtaining a license, as provided in this section, he shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less

for each offence.

Duty of
Comptroller

68. It shall be the duty of the Comptroller to furnish the
clerks of the several courts of the State with forms of appli-
cations, and license, and of the reports or returns required by
the preceding sections; and it shall be the further duty of the
Comptroller to furnish all other blanks required under this
article. Nothing in this article shall be construed to apply to
Worcester county as to the taking or catching of oysters in the
waters of said county.

Repeal.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of acts
inconsistent with the provisions of this article, general or local,
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent that they
are so inconsistent.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That nothing herein contained
shall be construed to affect any prosecution for violations of
the existing laws of this State, or for offences against the same
committed before the passage of this act.

Effective.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 382.

AN ACT to repeal and render inoperative for one year, and
no longer. Sections thirty-eight and forty-four of Article
nine of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Charles
County," subtitle "Birds and Game," and re-enact the same
with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
