CHAPTER 350.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 82
of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " City
of Baltimore," sub-title "Auctions."

Repeal.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 82 of article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title " City of Baltimore," sub-title " Auctions,"
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with an
amendment, so as to read as follows:

Auctioneers.
|
82. The Governor, by and with the advice and consent of
the Senate, shall biennially appoint as many auctioneers in
the city of Baltimore, as he may think proper, not to exceed
thirty.
|
|
|
Effective.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 351.
AN ACT to empower the County Commissioners of Charles
County, in their discretion, to levy a sum of money for the
building of a school house for white children in Bryantown
Section, eighth Election District of Charles County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Charles county
be and they are hereby empowered and directed, in their dis-
cretion, to levy for the building of a school house for white
children in Bryantown section, eighth election district of
Charles County, such a sum of money as in the opinion of the
said commissioners may be sufficient for the purpose herein
before specified.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the school board of Charles
county build the school house provided for in this act in such
a vicinity of Bryantown section as they may agree.

Effective.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
