FRANK BROWN, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

teen (318), three hundred and nineteen (319), three hundred
and twenty (320), three hundred and twenty-one (321), three
hundred and twenty-two (322), and three hundred and
twenty-three (323), of article four (4), of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Fire
Inspector," be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 340.

AN ACT to repeal Sections seventy-two, seventy-eight and
eighty-one of Article twenty-one, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled "Talbot County," sub-title "Easton."

Effective,

SECTION 1.Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections seventy-two, seventy-eight and
eighty-one of article twenty-one, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, entitled "Talbot County," sub-title "Easton,"
be and the same are hereby repealed.

Repeal.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 6th, 1894.

CHAPTER 342.

AN ACT to allow the legal and qualified voters of Snow Hill,
in Worcester County, to decide by ballot whether or not
town coupon bonds, not exceeding the amount of eighteen
thousand dollars, shall be issued by said town for the pur-
pose of providing a proper water supply for said town.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That at the election to be held in the town of
Snow Hill, in Worcester county, Maryland, on the first Mon-
day of May, in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-four, for
Mayor and Councilmen of said town, that the question whether
