AN ACT to repeal Sections seventy-two, seventy-eight and
eighty-one of Article twenty-one, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled "Talbot County," sub-title "Easton."

SECTION 1.Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections seventy-two, seventy-eight and
eighty-one of article twenty-one, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, entitled "Talbot County," sub-title "Easton,"
be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 342.
AN ACT to allow the legal and qualified voters of Snow Hill,
in Worcester County, to decide by ballot whether or not
town coupon bonds, not exceeding the amount of eighteen
thousand dollars, shall be issued by said town for the pur-
pose of providing a proper water supply for said town.
