SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 330.
AN ACT to amend the Act of 1890, Chapter 263, by repeal-
ing Section 8 of said Act, which said section relates to Cecil
County.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section eight of the acts of eighteen hundred
and ninety, chapter two hundred and sixty-three, be and the
same is hereby repealed; provided, however, that nothing
herein contained shall operate to repeal or amend in any way
any of the other sections of said act.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 331.
AN ACT to authorize the proprietors of Green mount Ceme-
tery to increase the permanent fund for the maintenance
thereof.

Effective.
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the charter of the proprietors of Green-
mount Cemetery be and the same is hereby amended so as to
authorize the proprietors of Greenmount Cemetery to set
aside and invest for the future maintenance thereof, and the
care and preservation of the same, a sum not exceeding two
hundred thousand dollars.
