directed to pay over to the Comptroller a sum sufficient to pay
said salaries and hire of said boat, as aforesaid, from the
licenses received from tongers in Talbot county; and provided
further, that the amount necessary to pay said salaries and hire
of said boat shall be paid to the Comptroller, equally by the
clerks of the Circuit Courts for Queen Anne's and Kent coun-
ties, respectively, from funds received by them for tongers'
licenses, and now directed to be paid to the school funds.

SEC. 4. Be it enacted, That the sum of twenty-four
hundred dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
the funds standing to the credit of the oyster fund, or so much
thereof as may be necessary for the purpose of building and
equipping the bugeye herein first provided for, and the
Comptroller is hereby authorized to draw his warrant on the
Treasurer for the same, upon the order of the said Board of
Public Works.

SEC. 5. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 315.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
one hundred and eleven of Article twenty seven of the
Code of Public General Laws of the State of Maryland,
title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Fraud by Mort-
gagors of Personal Property," and relating to the fraudulent
removing, hypothecating, secreting, destroying or selling of
mortgaged personal property by the mortgagor thereof, of
personal property levied on by the judgment debtor, or of
personal property purchased under an unrecorded, condi-
tional, written contract by the purchaser.

Effective.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 111 of article 27 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punish-
ments," sub-title "Fraud by Mortgagors of Personal Property,"
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to
read as follows :
