CHAPTER 275.
AN ACT to repeal sections 74, 75, 76, 77, 78 and 79 of
Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Calvert
County," sub-title "Fences."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repeal.

Maryland, That sections seventy-four, seventy-five, seventy-
six, seventy-seven, seventy-eight and seventy-nine of article
five of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Calvert County,"
sub-title "Fences," be and the same are hereby repealed.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 276.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Dor-
chester County to levy and pay a sum of money to Philip
L. Goldsborough, State's Attorney for Dorchester County,
and James E. Ellegood, assistant counsel for the State,
appointed by the court, as additional compensation for pro-
fessional services rendered in the case of the State of
Maryland vs. George L. Austin.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

county be and they are hereby authorized, empowered and
directed to levy and pay the sum of one hundred dollars to
