CHAPTER 267.

AN ACT to repeal Section three hundred and ninety-one of
Article twenty-two of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Washington County," sub-title "Surveyor,"
and re-enact the same with amendments.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section three hundred and ninety-one of
article twenty-two of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Washington County," sub-title "Surveyor," be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
so as to read as follows :

Repeal.

391. The County Commissioners are authorized and required
to pay to the county surveyor, as salary, the annual sum of
four hundred dollars in quarterly instalments of one hundred
dollars each.
