LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Enoch Pratt, Ferdinand G. Latrobe and Robert Rennert, trus-
tees, and by deed, dated the fifth day of December, 1893, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber
J. B., No. 1476, folio 521, &c., and among the land records
of Baltimore county, in Liber L. M. B., No. 200, folio 598,
&c., all of the said land, machinery, stock, patent rights and
other corporate property and franchises, were granted, assigned
and transferred by the said trustees to the Wenstrom Electric
Company of Baltimore City, a corporation of the State of
Maryland, duly incorporated.

Deed sanc-
tioned.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assembly of
Maryland, be and it is hereby given to the aforesaid deed from
Enoch Pratt, Ferdinand C. Latrobe and Robert Rennert, trus-
tees, to the said Wenstrom Electric Company of Baltimore
City; this sanction to have the effect of vesting in the said
Wenstrom Electric Company of Baltimore City, all of the
land, machinery, stock, patent rights and other corporate prop-
erty and franchises which were vested in the said Wenstrom
Consolidated Dynamo and Motor Company of Baltimore City,
at the time of the appointment of the aforesaid receivers.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 3d, 1894.

CHAPTER 187.

AN ACT to add two additional sections to Article 27 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Punish-
ments," sub-title "House of the Good Shepherd," to be desig-
nated as Sections 329 A and 329 B, for the purpose of
ratifying and confirming the charter of the House of Good
Shepherd for Colored Girls of the City of Baltimore, and
to enlarge the powers of said corporation.

New sections,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That two additional sections, to be known as sec-
tions 329 A and 329 B, be and the same are hereby added to the
Code of Public General Laws of this State, title "Crimes and
Punishments," sub-title "House of the Good Shepherd," to
read as follows :
