CHAPTER 179.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Balti-
more County to appoint a police officer for the village of
Towsontown.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore
county be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
appoint a police officer, who shall take the place of one of the
special officers now appointed for the village of Towsontown.

SEC 2. Be it enacted, That the pay and duties of said police
officer shall be the same as the pay and duties of the present
police force of the county.

CHAPTER 180.
AN ACT to repeal and re enact with amendments, Section 60
of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City
of Baltimore," sub- title "Courts," heading "Superior Court,"
"Court of Common Pleas" and "Baltimore City Court."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 160 of article 4 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore," sub-
title "Courts," heading "Superior Court," "Court of Common
Pleas" and "Baltimore City Court" be and the same is hereby
repealed and re enacted so as to read as follows :

either of said Courts, the same may be renewed, returnable tc
